Check out our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It’s in a great location in east-central Redding, just a block away from miles of walking trails at Lema Ranch, just a couple of minutes from the core shopping center, and a quick and easy 8 minutes from Bethel church. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed (hybrid memory foam mattress) with a great walk-in closet (great place to setup the included pack-n-play for a little one) and separate bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, also with a hybrid memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a fun bunk bed with a twin memory foam mattress on top and a full memory foam mattress on the bottom. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig, standard coffee maker, 6-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large French-door refrigerator, and ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking dishes and utensils. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa and a smart TV for streaming from your subscription services via Airplay or Chromecast. The house has a spacious back yard with patio furniture, a propane grill, and afternoon shade. There is a full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer set. The house is air conditioned with a Nest thermostat for comfort and efficiency. WiFi with high speed cable Internet is included. The driveway includes paved parking for 2 cars and there is gravel parking to the south side of the house behind a gate for your boat or travel trailer.
