You’ll love our place because it's on a quiet tree lined street in the desirable Garden Tract. Walking distance to downtown, Civic Center, Turtle Bay, Sundial Bridge, and the River Trails. 8 minute drive to Bethel Church. This is an older home that has been renovated. It still needs some updates but it is a great little house if you aren't too picky about everything being modern or brand new.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families for 30 night minimum stay.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
There is a 2nd studio apartment unit on the back of the property that is also available for rent should you need it for larger groups.
Located in Garden Tract, a neighborhood in Redding, this vacation home is near a water park. Sundial Bridge and Shasta Dam are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Old City Hall Arts Center and Waterworks Park. Enjoy the area's slopes with skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
