As rare as the rose rock is in Oklahoma this property features as equally rare views of the town of Red River and surrounding mountains. Rose Rock Mountain View is a unique, two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome that is centrally located in town! This home is a three-story property with the first story serving as a flight of stairs going up to the main level. As you enter the main level you will see an open floor plan which consists of the kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find that it is well stocked with all baking and food prep necessities, the stackable washer/dryer and half bath are located on this level for the guest's easiest convenience. The living room has a large flat-screen TV to watch cable and a DVD Player. The wood-burning fireplace adds to the character and comfort as does the queen-sized sofa that may be folded down into a sleeper for additional sleeping. The balcony also adds to the character of this home which overlooks the ski area where you may sit out and watch talented skiers perform the €œTorch Light Parade€ during winter months and wildlife bust at the seams during the summer. Upstairs on the top level, you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, balcony, and private bathroom. Across the hall, you will find the guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed. Other amenities that Rose Rock Mountain View boasts are the Gas BBQ Grill, free WiFi, and Brand new hot tub inside the garage aka hot tub room!
