This single story home is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with living room and family room. It has a full kitchen with electric cook top, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The house has central heat and air conditioning.
All three bedrooms are large, and all three have queen size beds.
We have just completed a meticulous paint job, and I have installed new plush carpeting in all three bedrooms and living room. The kitchen/family room has laminate floors.
Please, no smoking (anything), no pets, and no candle burning.
Red Bluff is home to this vacation home. Kelly-Griggs House Museum and Anderson Historical Society are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wilcox Oaks Golf Club and Sacramento River Bend Area. Tehama District Fairgrounds and The Olive Pit are also worth visiting.
