The interior is newly remodeled & updated with modern features but preserves lakehouse charm. Updates include new appliances, HVAC, furniture, window treatments, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, high-speed mesh WiFi, Amazon TV's, plenty of board games / inside activities & much more.

The upper level boasts a large "great room" equipped with zoned HVAC, Sonos Move speaker, a wood-burning fireplace, brand new sofas, a large dining table, a fully stocked kitchen, large Samsung TV (with amazon cube for streaming), "Upper Master Bedroom" with cool feel King bed, TV, private bathroom, laundry, and zoned HVAC, "Guest Room #1" with a cool feel queen bed and TV, "Guest Room #2" with a Twin over Full bunkbed & Twin bed, pack n play and zoned HVAC and common area remodeled bathroom with a shower / full tub.

The lower level offers an additional living room with a large sectional couch, large Samsung TV, "Guest Room #3" with twin over full bunk bed, 2x twin beds and TV, "Lower Level Master" with cool feel King bed, walk out sliding door, TV and zoned HVAC, "Guest Room #4" with cool feel King bed, TV and zoned HVAC . The dock is directly on property and is over 6' wide x 60' long. Docks are removed seasonally due to lake freezing/water levels. Generally from 10/1 - 5/31.

If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.

Use of dock, swimming, canoe, kayaks and standup paddleboards are at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must use lifejackets, some may be provided, but sizes and quality are not guaranteed.

Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.

If guests plan on using indoor fireplace or stove, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use.

The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.

No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.

Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Two Week minimum, monthly discounts for off-season available.

Located in Raymond, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Sebago Lake and Sebago Lake State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Seacoast Adventure and Blacksmiths. Maine Wildlife Park and Steamboat Landing Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.
