New, 2026 quiet whole house heat pump and air conditioning. Relax and discover Maine summer without the crowds.
Between guests, (a) we sanitize bedding and towels with hot water wash and hot dry; (b) we sanitize surfaces and touch points (though cannot guarantee all as there are hundreds); (c) we leave windows open for several hours to ensure a thorough air change in all rooms between guests.
