Kick back and relax after a day of exploring the beautiful Black Hills area in this 4 bedroom spacious house located in an established, family friendly neighborhood. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Rapid City and many restaurants and activities, but also close to all the hiking and exploring the area has to offer. The house is minutes away from the brand new tennis and racquet ball courts, a beautiful city pool located at Sioux Park, and less than one mile from two pickleball courts at Quarry Park. If interested in mountain biking or hiking, M-Hill (a.k.a Larson Memorial Park) offers some great trails right in town only 4 miles from the house. Skyline Wilderness Area Park is also nearby with trails that overlook Rapid City.

This dedicated vacation rental has plenty of free off-street parking on the long driveway for up to 4 vehicles. You’ll be able to self-check-in any time after 4:00 PM with a keypad. Late check-out and early check-in maybe available depending on other reservations.

This house is perfect for a large family, several couples or a group of friends accommodating up to a maximum of 8 guests. Just six steps up or down from the main level are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Relax in the comfortable living room, enjoy a meal around a large table that seats 8, or have some fun playing ping pong. We invite you to unplug and play some board games, but if you must watch TV, there are a handful of local channels available (no cable), some DVD movies and high speed internet allowing you to work or stream movies.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Both drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, but coffee is not supplied.

There is a washer and a dryer in the laundry room located on the lower level that is primarily used by the house cleaners, but can be used by guests if needed.

Other Important Information:
Please respect the house as you would your own and REMOVE SHOES at the entry way. Please don’t leave the outside doors open unless you want to share the house with bugs and mosquitoes.

Due to severe pet dander allergies, NO PETS are allowed on the property at any time. The outside perimeter of the house is monitored by video cameras.

No SMOKING of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. If evidence of pets or smoking is found on the property, the damage deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning fee will be accessed.

To avoid noise complains there are quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Check-out procedures:
1. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
2. You do not have to strip the bedding (we’ll take care of it for you)

Lawn care and outside maintenance may be done from 9 am – 4 pm. If visiting in the winter months, please allow up to 24 hours after the snow stops to have the driveway and sidewalk cleared.

24x40 double stall, double deep garage is included during Sturgis Bike Rally week.
