The movie room features a large screen TV, an arcade machine with 4,000 games, an Xbox with 4 controllers, a variety of board/card games, kid toys, and a cozy couch for a fun night in. The garage also has a ping-pong table as another opportunity for family fun.

A lovely outdoor deck with grill and back yard space creates a great opportunity for conversation, yard games, and relaxing.

**If you use the grill please clean it when done. A dirty grill requires additional cleaning time and guest will be charged $50.**

You will have access to the house, the garage and both sides of the street for parking. The historic district offers beautiful scenery for a morning stroll or after dinner walk.

Hiking and walking trails in the beautiful Skyline Wilderness Park are a couple blocks west up nearby St. Cloud Street.
