This 4br, 2.5bath unit with great views of Rangeley lake is a short stroll to our associations beachfront and is walking distance to the Village of Rangeley. It has 40' of beach access on Rangeley Lake with canoe and kayak storage, and a wonderful swimming area. ATV and snowmobile trail access from the driveway, and only a short drive to Saddleback and all that the area has to offer! This classically renovated unit features hardwood floors throughout the first floor, an open living area, lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows over looking the association maintained grounds. The kitchen features updated cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full array of appliances. The main living area features a wood burning stove and the coziness and comfort to share stories of all the days adventures! The dining area is large enough for a crowd or an intimate dining experience. A half bath and an additional sitting area finish out the first floor. The second floor features a full bath as well as two guest rooms, one with a king sized bed and a 2nd bedroom with an oversized bunk bed. The third floor offers an additional full bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a comfy queen sized bed with a futon and an additional 2nd spacious room with another oversized bunk bed. The basement offers a partially finished play area with a dry bar, ping pong table and an indoor hoops set up. Sleeps 8-10 easy.
