Enjoy 8 acres of private water frontage on Cupsuptic Lake (Cupsuptic connects to Mooselookmeguntic for ~ 17 miles of boating). When at Cold Brook Camp North you'll feel like you are in your own national park but you are only ~ 5 min from Oquossoc and great local restaurants, ~15 min to Rangeley, ~30 min to Saddleback, 45 min to Sugarloaf, 1.25 hrs to Sunday River, and only seconds to some of the most beautiful fishing, boating, snowmobiling and exploring you will find in Western Maine. Bald Mountain Camps and ITS snowmobile access is 5-10 minute across the lake. We love Cold Brook Camp and so will you!

-Custom Wood-Burning Sauna: 5 person, Finnish style, insulated, compete with changing room and lighting.
-Set in the woods adjacent to the house with filtered views of Cupsuptic Lake.
-Sauna guidelines and guest expectations will be provided prior to arrival. Wood for sauna will be provided.

Located in Oquossoc, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Rangeley Lakes Region Logging Museum and Wilhelm Reich Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Mrs. Duley Glades and Saddleback. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and ice skating.
