This architectural 3 bedroom 3 car garage home is located on a grand corner lot in the highly sought after friendly Tamarisk area of Rancho Mirage. Upon entering the gated front patio and the home's double door entrance you immediately get a sense of space and serenity. The kitchen, and primary bath has been beautifully upgraded. High ceilings abound in the main rooms and the dining and living room share the 3 sided fireplace, saltillo tiles in main rooms. All rooms look out on to the spacious entertainer's backyard hardscaped with saltillo pavers. Utilities: We allow $450 in utilities. this can easily be exceeded by heating the pool in the winter. Occasional spa use should be fine. should you wish to heat the pool we can make arrangements to charge a utilities deposit and deduct the actual usage.
