Drop the remote controlled retractable screen to enjoy fresh air and desert breezes. An updated gourmet kitchen, elegant dining room and abundant skylights throughout add to the ambiance.
Consider inviting family members or another couple (or 2!) to enjoy the Mission Hills experience. Everyone will appreciate the convenient attached garage (rarely found in this location) and private front entry. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed (Both Master and 2nd bedroom new mattresses 2017), ceiling fan and high definition TV. The private 3rd bedroom, currently outfitted as a den with mid-century modern flare, also features a 55" Samsung HD TV with surround sound, large closet and sectional that becomes a full sized bed. In total, the villa can accommodate sleeping for 8. The 2nd bath has been tastefully updated. The unit is just steps away from one of the beautifully updated community pool and spa complexes.
