Modern and comfortable furniture can be enjoyed while grilling on the Trager grill provided. As a bonus, you can use the two-car garage with opener! If you're not familiar with the community of Rancho Las Palmas, it has 26 pools and spas, tennis courts, pickleball, golf course, clubhouse with dining and snack bar. Rancho Mirage is only a few minutes away from the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, a bus comes right by the community to pick up during festival season.
