Guest bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite full bath with built-in Jacuzzi Tub and its own 55” flat screen TV. Outside features a front gated courtyard with lighted palms and a back patio on the lake with enclosed pergola including misters and fans, lighted palms, and a direct gas BBQ for more entertaining!

Rancho Mirage:
This home is located less than 15 mins from International hot spot Palm Springs, and less than 15 mins from the boutique dining and entertainment area of El Paseo. Even closer is the dining and entertainment complex at The River. Rancho Mirage is the playground of Presidents and celebrities and home to the captains of industry. Golf, tennis, cycling, hiking, choose your activity.

For nature lovers, the nearby Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will whisk you to the top of Mt. San Jacinto, and Joshua Tree National Park is only a 40-minute drive. Play a round of golf at a course or try your luck at the casino.
