This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 4 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.

We are located less than a mile from the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a camera at the front and back for security reason.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Rancho Cordova is home to this vacation home. Historic Sutter Street and Folsom Powerhouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course and Mardi Gras Lanes. Check out an event or a game at Golden 1 Center, and consider making time for Cal Expo, a top attraction not to be missed.
