★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME - APPROVAL NEEDED ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious fenced backyard while you relax on the comfy deck.

PLEASE NOTE ABOUT PETS: All pets must be approved by the owner/hosts PRIOR to confirming your reservation, so please reach out to the owners/host if you would like to bring your pets. There is a small pet fee. We require a picture, breed & size details, etc to evaluate for approval. If you show up with a pet, without prior approval, you will be considered in violation and no exceptions are made to this policy. Certified Service Animals are excluded from the pet fee/policy, however Emotional Support Animals need to be approved by the owner and the pet fee is applicable. For the courtesy of future guests, we DO NOT allow pets on the couch, beds or linens - there will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 (beyond the small approved pet fee) if it is determined they were on the couch, bed, linens or have an accident in the home. We also require the guests to clean up any pet yard waste before check-out by utilizing the supplied pet waste bags and/or 'pooper-scooper.' If our cleaners have to clean the yard after your stay, they do charge an additional $50 that we pass on to the guest. Any damage to the home is evaluated on a case by case basis for extra charges.

Please bring any pet beds, food/water bowls and their special toys, so they are comfortable during their stay! We do have a dog crate at the home that you're more than welcome to use (36" L x 22" W x 23" H).

We love our pets like family, but we also want to respect the future guests, our cleaners and the home and yard.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ EV CAR CHARER ★
The EV Car Charger is a Level II ChargePoint Charger. We do not have any specific car adapters onsite, so if you need one, please ensure to bring it or that your EV works with ChargePoint.

★ Graco Pack-n-Play ★
We have a Graco 'Pack and Play' for your convenience. We do not offer linens/sheets for this, so if you plan on using it, please bring your own sheets. Per the product's safety recommendations, the unit should only be used for children under 2 years of age, under 30 lbs in weight and no more than 35" in length. Please ensure you are taking all Safe Sleep precautions and do not use it if you have any concerns. Please check and ensure the unit is functioning and completely up to your safety standards before using. We know of no issues with it, however we do not check this prior to every guest, as we aren't always informed when a guest uses it. If you notice an issue, please notify the owner/host ASAP and do not use it.

★ High Chair + Tray ★
We have an Ikea Antilop High Chair + Tray for your convenience. Per the product's safety recommendations, the chair is intended for children able to sit up unaided and up to 3 years old or a maximum weight of 33 lbs. Please check and ensure the unit is functioning and completely up to your safety standards before using. We know of no issues with it, however we do not check this prior to every guest, as we aren't always informed when a guest uses it. If you notice an issue, please notify the owner/host ASAP and do not use it.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
