4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home on Corner Lot with Lots of Grass & River Views!

This is an incredible home located in Crescent Bar in the Crescent Bay Resort gated community. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax for one or two families. There is a gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. Pool area has covered cabana area and ping pong!

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath with large shower and a large sliding door to balcony with beautiful river views. There is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and slider access to balcony, the 3rd guest bedroom had a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has twin bunk beds (suitable for children only). There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and bathroom with shower on main level.

The community grants access to the pool and hot tub area, the kids park, and the tennis courts.

*Please note there is no pets allowed and all HOA rules must be followed, including all vehicles must be in the driveway. The driveway can accomodate 3 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 boat.
Quincy is home to this vacation home. Beaumont Cellars and Colockum Ridge Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Columbia River and North Park.
