Lakefront home "Grand Haven" is located on the east side of Lake George, on Harris Bay with beautiful views of Long Island and the Adirondack mountains. The sunset views will take your breath away. The property itself has a large lawn, rooms all have lake views, and steps lead to sundeck and dock.
This specious home has 2 king ensuites with new mattresses and private balconies to enjoy your coffee while taking in the amazing views of the sparkling lake. A coffee station is also available nearby for your convenience.
On the main floor there is a new queen bed also with a private balcony and a nearby full bath, including a pocket door to insure full privacy.
The main floor has an open concept kitchen to dining and great room, both with large sliders opening onto a large deck for outdoor seating and grilling, overlooking the lake.
Appliances included are fridge, dishwasher, Keurig/Mr Coffee, microwave oven, electric cooktop, toaster, blender and gas grill.
Additionally, there is a sunroom that hosts a ping pong table for those enjoying a little competition.
On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has twin bunk bed and a single twin. In between these bedrooms is a walkout family room hosting a TV and game table.
This lakefront property has a boat dock for 28' boat and sundeck on top with chairs and lounges. Enjoy the pleasant amenities like WiFi, AC controlled by room from the main level and up, a washing machine and dryer. The 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, your stay will be nothing short of enjoyable.
The Cleverdale Country store just down the street offers many baked goods and prepared foods with some grocery necessities. Only 10 minutes from Lake George Village, Fort William Henry, outlet shopping, Great Escape amusement park, miniature golf, Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course and 30 minutes from the historic Saratoga Thoroughbred Racetrack and Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Fall in love with Queensbury, on Cleverdale peninsula and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
Located in Queensbury, this vacation home is on a lake.
