This home is up the road from Simon Pearce restaurant and is a short 5-minute drive to the Quechee Club.

While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club is a four-season recreational resort boasting two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, The Club offers 8 Hard-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, paddle tennis, a driving range, a lake with boats, a dock for fishing, a beach, an alpine ski hill, and a well-maintained trail system for hiking, mountain biking, snow-shoeing, and backcountry skiing. Inside the main clubhouse are two restaurants, a state-of-the-art fitness facility that has two exercise rooms for group fitness classes, an indoor lap pool, and a gorgeous outdoor pool overlooking the valley. The Quechee Club amenities are available to renters with a pass purchased at the front desk inside the club.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
