Visit Vermont in style at this well-appointed and beautifully updated Mill Run vacation rental in Quechee Lakes. Conveniently located minutes from the Quechee Club, Dewey Pond, Simon Pearce, Quechee Main Street, Hanover, and Dartmouth College, you're also close to skiing at Saskadena Six, the Dartmouth Ski Way, Pico, Killington, and Okemo.

Entering this two-level Mill Run condo, you are greeted by radiant heated floors in the entry. A living room with natural light and comfortable seating includes a large smart TV, a dining table, and a wood stove to relax and warm yourself after a fun day on the mountain or golf course. There is access to the back deck to relax for some apres ski with a favorite beverage. Also on this level, you will find a half bath, a breakfast bar with stools, and a well-equipped, bright kitchen.

On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a full walk-in closet and washer/dryer. There is also a full bathroom on this lower level.  

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Quechee, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Taftsville Covered Bridge and Briggs Opera House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Quechee State Park and Billings Park and Trail. Vermont Institiute of Natural Science and Sugarbush Farm are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
