Welcome to lovely Vista Del Sol, a water-front community located in beautiful Burnt Store Marina (BSM). This turn key 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is ready to be your calm and relaxing retreat. In the evenings enjoy stunning sunsets of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf from your master bedroom window, kitchen, dining and family room. In the morning, sip your coffee out on the lanai overlooking the sailboats and mangroves. The view here is so serene and peaceful thanks to the mangrove preserve, so you don’t have any walkways or paths in your lanai view. On the ground floor there’s a large, private in ground pool and jacuzzi with a gas grill area for residents. If you plan on bringing a boat, Safe Harbor at BSM is the largest deep water marina along the Gulf Coast of Florida with over 500 reservable wet slips and hundreds of outside cradles. Another nice option with the BSM community is you can pick and choose what you would like to pay for and join. You can separately purchase a Fitness, Racquet, Pool Club membership, dog park membership, and there’s also a 27 hole Golf Course and pro-shop. Miles of walking & jogging paths run throughout the community and along the water. Additionally, BSM is a golf cart friendly, and Vista Del Sol does offer limited golf cart parking to residents. If you want a bite to eat, the two restaurants in the community, Cass Cay and The Trading Post, are steps away. They have wonderful live bands, game nights, and more. All utilities and internet are included in the rental price. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer. Parking space for one car is also included. Improvements include a new hot water heater, professional duct cleaning, re-stretched and professionally cleaned flooring and carpet, new master bathroom shower head, new linens, and more! Dogs under 35lbs allowed with additional deposit, must have note from vet showing no bite history.

Burnt Store, a neighborhood in Punta Gorda, is home to this condo. Griffen American Center for Haitian Art and Lovegrove Gallery & Gardens are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Burnt Store Marina and Burnt Store Golf & Activity Club.
