With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this thoughtfully designed home provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it easy to gather with family and friends. Floor-to-ceiling picture windows flood the space with natural light, offering beautiful views of the backyard.
Entertainment options abound—watch your favorite movies on the 43” or 55” HD TVs, challenge your group to a board game or card match, or enjoy a quiet crafting session at the sunlit table. Step outside to soak in the year-round hot tub, sip cocktails around the fire table on the deck, or enjoy a delicious meal at the patio dining set.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property plus our private dock, swimming area, and our complimentary canoe, which are located right across the street on Upper Scott Lake.

Note that our docks, watercraft, gas grills & outdoor dining furniture are not available Oct 25-Apr 15.

Guests have convenient self-check-in access to our home via keypad entry system after the designated check-in time on their scheduled arrival date, using door codes provided an hour before check-in.

And of course, winter offers skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and snow-filled fun.

We’re 10-15 minutes from Crane’s Orchards and Dutch Farms - amazing pies and fruit picking. There are over 27 area wineries offering tastings and tours! For antique lovers, the area has a treasure trove of stores in South Haven, Allegan, Douglas, and Saugatuck.

To explore all the amazing spots in Southwest Michigan, you’ll definitely need a car! We are conveniently located close to several key coastal towns—just 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 25 minutes from Holland.
Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located just under 45 miles SE of this home.

Gerald R. Ford Int'l. Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, is located about 57 miles NE of this home.

Amtrak's Pere Marquette line runs daily between Chicago, IL and Grand Rapids, MI through both Bangor, MI (15 miles south) and Holland, MI (25 miles north).
Please note: We don’t offer electric vehicle (EV) charging on-site. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system, and any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided by 123Net, offering reliable connectivity throughout the home for streaming, video calls, remote work, and multiple devices. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay.

Kindly refrain from sticking anything to our walls or using tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc. during your stay; these leave messes that are hard & time-consuming for our limited staff to clean up.

Our 6-guest limit includes 6 adults max. All guests are included in your reservation total.
