This cute little BASEMENT studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Provo. It's in a restored home, but this little baby was ripped literally to the foundation walls (even the studs were replaced!). We even moved the bathroom to a better place! It is brand new in every way!"

*Note about ceiling height- the overall ceiling height is 7' and there are spots where the exposed boiler pipes make it a bit lower.

---Kid-Friendliness---
While many kids have stayed in this suite and have enjoyed it, compared to some of the other suites, this isn't ideal. There is no place to put a bed on the floor, so the sleeper sofa is the only option. However, it is great for napping small children because of the separation between the living areas and the bedroom.

-Walk to yummy local restaurants. We have lots of fun recommendations!
-1/2 mile from an indoor water park and state of the art gym. Only $6 for adults and $5 for kids for all day! (Provo Rec Center)

---Sleep Count---
We love families and groups! This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests, however this is ideally a mix of adults and kids. If beds can't be shared, the max count is 2.

---Other Notes---
*A note for winter guests: We insulated extremely well during the remodel. Probably too well because the boiler that keeps the building at an even temperature suddenly works super well. :) It is perfectly fine to open the windows to let in cool air if you find the boiler too hot. If you hate cold Utah winters, then THIS is your place to be. So cozy!
*A note for light or daytime sleepers- We did 5 awesome layers and techniques of insulation when we re-did the space, but the joists for the floor above are still 110 years old and there is some footstep sound transfer. It's definitely not terrible, but it's not perfect quiet. Please reach out if you need more clarification. We want to be absolutely transparent. No refunds will be given for noise complaints.
We've been completely clear with you on the sound issue so PLEASE do not leave us a negative review based on sound. We welcome constructive feedback, but with this full disclosure, it's not fair for us to get a lower review for your failure to read this notice.
