This cute little BASEMENT studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Provo. It's in a restored home, but this little baby was ripped literally to the foundation walls (even the studs were replaced!). It is brand new in every way!

*Note about ceiling height- the overall ceiling height is 7' and there are spots where the exposed boiler pipes make it a bit lower.

This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests, however please be aware that the sleeper sofa is not very comfortable for an adult.

---Other Notes---
Original boiler system pipes run throughout the unit. Guests over 6’ tall will come in contact with them if not careful.
