This beautiful brick, upscale home offers the perfect place for enjoying the Kentucky Derby the PGA or Louisville at any time. Families, friends, singles or business partners will feel at home. Five bedrooms, plus futons and couches, and 3.5 baths offers ample space for all. Second floor has three bedrooms, an additional room with a futon bed and a jack-and-jill bath. First floor has open floor plan with large eat-in kitchen, huge deck, screened porch off kitchen, large den, half bath and large master bedroom and bath. Lower walk-out basement has additional bedroom and full bath with another large entertainment area with pool table. Backyard is private with pool, patio, and fire pit. Extra fridge in garage. Short cab or Uber ride to Churchill Downs, PGA and lots of other entertainment.
