ABOUT THE HOME:

Enjoy a peaceful and private getaway at this gorgeous mountain escape. There is no better home in the area for scenic views, quiet luxury and enough room for your whole crew. This 8,300 square foot home nestled atop Stonecrest Gold Course features 6 bedrooms, four with their own bathroom, including a very spacious downstairs master bedroom. For additional 1st floor sleeping space, the den was converted into a bedroom. The downstairs also features a grand 2 story foyer with a gorgeous curved wooden staircase, a full equipped, roomy kitchen, and a beautiful dining room. For convenience, there is also a carpeted stairway to the 2nd floor near the full size laundry room.

The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a large central family room equipped with some pull out couches for larger groups. Three of the 2nd floor bedrooms have their own full baths, and have magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. There is a bonus bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 additional twin beds - great for a kids' room!

Enjoy the ping pong table in the attached garage, or go outside for some cornhole. Enjoy the large backyard and the perfect back patio for stargazing. The front of the home features a gorgeous bronze fountain and matching lion statutes, creating stunning photo opportunities. The home has a spacious parking area, as well as a covered outdoor garage available for use.

This home is perfect for family gatherings, receptions, bonding retreats, and more – we’ve even had weddings! Built in 2003, this home has held some of our most precious memories from Christmases to family wedding receptions. We love our home and know that you will, too.
