Prescott is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. With a king bed, queen bed, and a full over full bunk bed with a seperate twin bed 8 guests will have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is family and pet friendly. There is a pack and play, stroller, and high chair available. The yard is a large and fully fenced oasis. There is an inflatable two person kayak, paddle board and life jackets available to enjoy Willow lake just across the street or Watson lake a five minute drive. There's an amazing hiking trail around the lake across the street where you can explore the granite dells. Heritage Zoo is a five minute drive just down the road. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is within five minutes and Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square is a twelve minute drive away. The home has a well appointed kitchen with an expresso maker, Kuerig, Air fryer, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and purified hot and cold water dispenser. Tea, coffee and wine provided.
