Step back into the 1970`s in this newly 100% remodeled 70`s inspired 3 bedroom 2 bath home about 1/2 mile to Whiskey Row/Courthouse Square. Just a short walk up the street to the entrance to Acker Park. Everything is 2022 new except the orange washer/dryer and the vintage 70`s glassware. Every dish..to every door handle..to every towel was curated with fun design in mind. Think Boutique Hotel not generic airbnb/vrbo. We tried to avoid anything regular or boring! There is a king bed in the master with a slider to the back patio, a queen bed in the smaller bedroom with a slider to the back patio, and a queen bed in the smallest bedroom...it`s small but it`s not like you are sleeping in the family room in a couch bed thing like an animal.

You will have a fun common area, three bedrooms, two baths with 2 sinks in each, a big back patio and a nice back yard.

You can park in the driveway or on the street in front of the home.

The street is quieter than some of the others because it is not a through street and terminates at the entrance to Acker Park. You can walk .6 (point 6) miles to Whiskey row and the courthouse square.
