Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of local hiking and lake fishing. 30 mins or less will get you to the beach, Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, downtown and the San Diego Convention Center. Great resort-like backyard but...CAUTION: POOL IS NOT INTERNALLY FENCED. No cable but antennas, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Master bedroom and three average rooms upstairs. 500 sq/ft 'play room' with a couch and single bed downstairs... along with a other very comfortable couches in other areas.
Located in Poway, this vacation home is near theme parks and near a water park. Rancho Bernardo Historical Museum and Queen Califa's Magical Circle are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Lake Hodges Pedestrian Bridge and Old Mission Dam. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain climbing nearby.
