Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac near Coeur d’Alene and Silverwood Theme Park, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room for multi-generational vacations, sports tournament stays, family reunions, and relaxing group getaways.
Guests especially love the whimsical backyard treehouse, cozy gathering spaces, game room, and fully fenced backyard designed for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Inside the Home:
The main level offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for gathering together after a day exploring North Idaho. The cozy main living room features oversized sectional seating perfect for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing together.
A second downstairs family room gives larger groups extra space to spread out and unwind.
The fully stocked kitchen includes updated stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, serving pieces, drip coffee maker, and everything needed for family meals and group dining.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi-style tub
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Additional sleeping options include a queen air mattress, twin rollaway bed, and convertible chair bed best suited for children or teens
Backyard & Outdoor Space:
The backyard is one of the highlights of the property. Guests enjoy relaxing under the string lights, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, grilling dinner on the BBQ, playing cornhole, or watching kids enjoy the whimsical treehouse that has become a guest favorite.

Accessibility Note:
The front entry includes 4 steps. However, step-free access is available through the garage entrance once opened from inside the home. The downstairs family room, one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry area, garage, and backyard can all be accessed without stairs.
Additional Things to Note:
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total
• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay
• No parties or large events
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM
• No pets
• No smoking indoors
• After booking, guests will complete a standard rental agreement, ID verification, and refundable security deposit hold through our secure reservation system. This helps us maintain a safe and well-cared-for home for all guests.
• For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras are located outside the home and monitor the front entry, driveway, and outdoor areas only. There are no interior cameras or recording devices inside the home.
