This home and beach is surrounded by vibrant parks, sunsets, and opportunities for outdoor adventures like shelling, kayaking, bicycling on designated bike path, pickleball courts nearby, go cart rental for riding on the beach, walking near sea turtles nesting, and offshore or various fishing. *Sleeping Arrangements:
-Master bedroom with a king bed, private bath with a seafoam green walk-in shower, and a Gulf view.
-Guest bedroom with a queen bed, adjacent bath, and large window.
-Loft with 2 twin beds, offering privacy and a fun getaway space.
*Outdoor Relaxation: Enjoy the spacious front porch balcony (11x22), equipped with a table and seating for outdoor meals or lounging with views of the Gulf and St. Joe Bay. There's also a grilling area beneath the porch and an outdoor shower for a beachy clean-up.
