Alta Vista is a happy place where time slows, and memories are made. Originally built as a duplex, it is now redesigned for large or two-family use. This spacious two-story home conveniently has most living areas and bedrooms on the main floor. The house is 75’ wide and has 130’ of private beach. Unlike other homes which sleep 18, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Seven bedrooms, seven baths, a bunk bed and two daybeds, two separate kitchens, living rooms, and an upstairs game/media room offer a variety of areas for different interests. The western facing deck offers stunning sunsets and has more than enough space, deck furniture, and outside dining to accommodate all while keeping an eye on those enjoying the beach, just steps away. This unique beachfront home is located just south of St. Joe Peninsula State Park, right on the Gulf of Mexico in the most desirable gated area called Secluded Dunes. Alta Vista is designed for the comfort of large or multiple families.

Some amenities include a 1GB fiber optic internet connection and commercial grade wireless access points throughout the house to assure ample coverage and great service. Although cell service can be spotty, we have a cell phone booster which gives better access to service while also having a landline. Other amenities include board games, an outside undercover shuffleboard court, two outside (heated) showers, 10 beach chairs, a large charcoal grill, and covered parking for four vehicles and three additional cars in the driveway.

Both kitchens are well-stocked, each with dining areas, and the gulf front living rooms have large smart TVs.. The master bedrooms are gulf front, have king-size beds and private baths. Other bedrooms include 2 queen bedrooms each with a detached bath. 2 twin bedrooms each with private baths. The 2nd level offers a king bedded suite with private bath, a smart tv and large adjoining lounge area for games or cards. The views from this area of the gulf and bay sides of the house are spectacular! Imagine an endless view of beautiful blue water with sunsets that take your breath away, an abundance of wildlife with schools of dolphins swimming just yards away, and deer a plenty. A secluded massive playground full of soft white sand is ready to be explored by you and your family.

Please note that access between the two sides of the house is available via the main living level contiguous outside deck & porch, as well as the upstairs bedroom and sitting room or the ground floor entry doors.
