Relax and enjoy this single-story home located just 150 steps from the beach! This home includes all the family vacation comforts. Cook outside on your private gas grill inside the screened porch, or just kick back to take in sunset bay views on the lounge furniture. If you want to cook inside, there's room for everyone to help in the well-equipped, full kitchen with seating. If anyone needs to finish up remote work or schooling before heading to the beach, there's a desk with built-in USB charging stations between the kitchen and family room. With a large smart TV, the family room is a great place to entertain your guests. There is also fans in every bedroom, along with a TV in each bedroom for your comfort and convenience.

Public beach access is a few minutes' walk from the home and accessible via multiple boardwalks. Beach chairs, a utility cart, and a sun umbrella are provided to make your time on the sand more convenient. Head to the pristine stretch of Bayfront Beach for long walks, fishing, seashell hunts, and viewing abundant wildlife. The community pool is also less than a mile away! Port St. Joe is known for its fishing and oysters, and there are plenty of charters around if you're bringing rods and reels. You will be close to restaurants bars with live entertainment within the Windmark Beach neighborhood, Cape San Blas, with miles of hiking and biking trails, and deep water fishing, Apalachicola, St George Island, and Mexico Beach, and just a short drive to boutique shopping, restaurants, and grocery store in the downtown Port St Joe area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
