Rocco's Retreat is a newly built, upscale beach front home! This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. It features all new appliances, and tons of living space and sleeps 10. Private pool can be heated for an additional fee.
The first floor has a well appointed gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining area and family room. The screened porch off the family room is great for watching the waves roll in at the end of the day. There is a King bedroom with an ensuite.
The second floor has 1 King and a Queen bedroom with full baths. These rooms have beautiful views of the gulf, with a shared balcony. The bunk room is a queen/queen and also has its own en-suite. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.

Located in Port St. Joe, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape San Blas Lighthouse and Centennial Building are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St Joseph Bay Golf Club and Port St. Joe Marina. Frank Pate Park and Port Theatre Art and Culture Center are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
