The unobstructed gulf front vistas and large, private built-in pool and patio make "Fishlips" the perfect family beach retreat. There are very few gulf front homes with private pools in the area. The pool on this home is exceptional. You will not find another like it. The pool area has multiple chaise lounge chairs and an eating area that seats 6. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. You will also find a full complement of beach toys and games, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. This home checks all the boxes and much, much more!
The living level of the house has a spacious living room, dining area with table that seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; side by side refrigerator, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more (an additional side by side refrigerator is located on the entry level). The deck on this level has a screened in dining area that seats 8 and an open-air conversation sitting area that provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. There is a king guest suite on this level that has a jetted tub/shower combo.
The third level has the master king suite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk in shower. A second king guest suite has a tub/shower combo. Both of these suites have direct access to the gulf facing deck. This deck will have two double chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying the view. Also on this level is bunk room suite which has two twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and a large walk-in shower.
