Overlooking the Gulf and just a short walk to the sand and surf, this home boasts a well-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for six, a sunny and inviting living area with comfortable furniture, and a large, TV, and two furnished balconies for when it's time to step outside and enjoy the fresh air or catch one of those famous Florida sunsets with your favorite beverage in-hand.
WHAT’S NEARBY
This home is conveniently close to the many sights and activities of Port St. Joe and the Cape San Blas area. Take a short stroll over to Salinas Park for pickleball, and volleyball, boardwalks over St. Joe Bay, and horseback riding on the beach. When it's time to dine out, try the Indian Pass Raw Bar offering oysters and other seafood in a relaxed atmosphere, less than three miles east, grab a tasty treat from Weber's Little Donut Shop over in Cape San Blas, and sample the many restaurants just 20 miles east in beautiful and historic Apalachicola. And if you're bringing a boat, the Indian Pass boat ramp can be accessed less than six miles from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
