With a picnic area also available, you can snack on some homemade treats with your family and enjoy the finer things in life.
Return back to your sweet home away from home and find yourself in the arms of beautiful interior decor, with ivory furnishings laid about in the wide and spacious living room right as you enter the vacation rental. Ideal for snowbirds, you'll have a sizeable patio area from which to start your day off right with a cup of hot coffee and a breath of fresh, crisp air. Feel free to use the stainless steel appliances provided to whip up a delectable dinner for you and your guests, then gather around the dining room table with some thirst-quenching drinks and even better company. End the evening relaxing on the couches and watching TV, then let the sweet sound of the bedroom sheets lull you into a deep sleep as you knock out for the night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
