Please note - this home is a single family attached dwelling with a firewall down the middle similar to a Duplex. You can't see the other side even on the decks and porches. This home features plenty of upgrades, from the hardwood flooring to the granite countertops and upscale furnishings.

The first floor: includes a large (12'x25') sundeck with ample seating to enjoy the crashing waves and watch the kids play. Here you will experience some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen!

The Master suite has a King bed and full bath with custom tile shower. It has beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. This room also features a Smart TV.

The washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has 2 bedrooms: (1 King + daybed, 1 twin over full bunk)

The upstairs Master suite is huge with breathtaking Gulf views! It features a King bed and a daybed, and has direct access to the large, covered back porch- a private area to enjoy more Gulf views! It also has a Smart TV.

The kids will love their oasis: a bunk room with twin over full bunkbeds and their own flat panel tv! A full bathroom on this level has upgraded cabinetry with marble countertop and walk-in shower.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

Located in Port St. Joe, this vacation home is on the beach. Cape San Blas Lighthouse and Centennial Building are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St Joseph Bay Golf Club and Port St. Joe Marina. Frank Pate Park and Port Theatre Art and Culture Center are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and hunting nearby.
