Named in tribute to the owner's father's rise from humble origins on a Georgia farm to a pioneering career as a trucker and manufactured home builder, this coastal retreat offers an ideal getaway in Mexico Beach. Just steps from white sand and emerald waters, this three-bedroom is equipped for both convenience and comfort.
The bright, single-level floor plan features an open layout and inviting coastal décor. The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped with gorgeous counters and all the stainless steel appliances you'll need for home-cooking. Sit-down meal can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six. Unwind in one of the plush, living room armchairs or sofa while streaming shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
Morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and afternoon cookouts can be enjoyed out on the front deck equipped with a private gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
