Up another flight of stairs is your master bedroom oasis featuring a new Casper king size mattress, newly updated master bath with a double vanity, standing shower and separate large garden tub. Another 8 foot slider opens to your large private balcony featuring views of the gulf!! Enjoy your coffee on the new polywood furniture with beautiful view and ocean breeze!
Under the home you will find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, a deck with table and chairs and a closet filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys that you are welcome to use during your stay!
The Barrier Dunes community offers ample amenities to enjoy during your stay including a freshly resurfaced gulf side swimming pool with beautiful views of the gulf, a second heated swimming pool, tennis courts and a brand new playground! Our community is steps away from the award winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park which offers beautiful hiking, miles of empty beaches, bay access and fun excursions for the entire family!

Located in Cape San Blas, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Cape San Blas Lighthouse and Centennial Building are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St Joseph Bay Golf Club and Port St. Joe Marina.
