Offering a pleasant home base for your entire family, the townhome is fully equipped with all of the amenities you need to have a successful vacation! When you aren't enjoying a cup of coffee from the townhome's front patio or balcony, check out popular local attractions like the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, Mexico Beach, Captain's Cove Marina, and the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center. The area also boasts a great variety of locally-owned restaurants and shops.
After a day full of adventure, cool down amidst the townhome's central air-conditioning, and begin to prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Full and content, lounge on the leather sofa in the living room and stream your favorite TV show. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the townhome's amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Port St. Joe, this vacation home is near the beach. Port St. Joe Marina and Mexico Beach Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Constitution Convention Museum State Park and Constitutional Convention Museum State Park.
