This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.
Port Clinton is home to this vacation home. South Bass Island Lighthouse and Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Miller Ferry and Shade Acres Campground. Perry's Cave and Island Adventures Family Fun Center are also worth visiting.
