Relax with the whole family at this canal side peaceful retreat. Very quiet area, pool, patio, and large kitchen with breakfast bar. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Family room with TV to hook up your video game consoles. Sit on the dock and fish out of the canal. Boat lift available for use at added cost. No bridges to prevent height restrictions of boats. Bring any size motor boat or sail boat, get out to the Gulf and then travel to anywhere in the world. Close to parks, beaches, and trails. Watch the sunset from the dock or go to the many nearby restaurants to enjoy the sunset and gator bites. Bring your jet skis, kayaks, canoes, or wake boards. Only an hour from Busch Gardens and Tampa Aquarium, two and a half hours from Orlando parks, thirty minutes from Cape Canaveral, and minutes away from Port Charlotte beach. Play cornhole in the backyard and watch the game on the outdoor TV. Little need to leave the backyard and pool area with outdoor mini fridge available. Small card or kid crafting table also available. Plug in your iPod to the iHome and listen to music while enjoying the outdoor spaces. Driveway is large enough to fit 8-10 cars.
