Beautiful waterfront home with pool, dock, and all the amenities! You'll enjoy the private, screened lanai with room to dine next to the pool with cascading fountain. Soak up the sun in the lounge chairs while viewing the pool and canal. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Gorgeous spacious master bedroom with master bath, two walk-in closets, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Close to many restaurants, shopping, fishermen's Village and all Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte has to offer.
Property is waterfront on a private canal that leads out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. This home has open floor plan with Master Suite and Master bath occupying one side of the home and two guest bedrooms with two full bathrooms (having private entrance to the pool) occupying the opposite side of the home to provide privacy between guests. In the middle of the home, you are surrounded with sliding doors out to the pool and canal, you have a formal dining room, formal living room with full opening glass sliders to lanai, kitchen, laundry, and great family room with full sliders again onto the Lanai.
We keep our personal belonging in the garage so it is not available and we sometimes will have our boat on the boat lift but there's plenty of room to enjoy the dock and even tie up a rental boat or kayak.
You will love our home and what it has to offer for an enjoyable stay! Boat ramps, tennis courts, shuffle board, batcha ball courts, basket ball - all close by. AND the best part is the fabulous restaurants and live music!
Located in Port Charlotte, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. A. C. Freeman House and Punta Gorda History Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Treasure Lanes and Regal Town Center - Port Charlotte. Kidstar Park and North Port Aquatic Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
