THIS GULF ACCESS, WATERFRONT HOME, located on a SALTWATER Canal, HAS QUICK ACCESS. out to Bay, You will find an adequately equipped Kitchen, a Dining room, Family room, 3 Bedrooms, Fresh Linens and a Full Bathroom (tub shower combo), Free WIFI, plus a free onsite Washer and Dryer for Guest usage. Park in the carport to keep car out of the Sun. There is plenty of outside space with a fully fenced in back yard for the young ones and Pets to run and play. Enjoy BBQing on the 2 outside patios during the day and evenings. Stroll down to the Backyard's Waterfront Dock and elevated Deck for some Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, jet skiing, sunbathing or to sip on a cold Margarita while watching the Manatee and Boats go by! Boat ramps plus kayak rentals just down the street. Plenty of Fun in the Sun for the whole Family!! Our Home is also close to several Golf Courses, Grocery stores and various shopping malls with Popular well known Names. After a long fun day out and about, it's time to relax.... Come back to Your Home away from Home, and enjoy the refreshing Central A./ C., grab some dinner at home or head out to the Many Nearby Restaurants, Bars and Grills available in the area. Once again, The SUNSEEKERS RESORT has spas, boardwalks, marinas, and OVER 15 Eateries / Restaurants / Bars all open to the Public, accessible by Car or Boat. We know you and Your Family will enjoy Our Home and its convenient location to everything!! PORT CHARLOTTE is known for its "WORLD CLASS FISHING," with a variety of species to be caught!! We have enough Parking Spaces for 3 Vehicles, Plus A Large RV Parking space, or can be used for 3 additional Vehicle spaces. There is a fee charged for pets, Please let us know if you will bring any and we will add the charge on our end after you have booked. (There are 3 total Cameras on site, none are connected to a service or the Ring control panel, the 1 in carport and 1 on front of home are solar and are just used as motion lights and as deterrent, there is 1 in the kitchen / dining area which was kept up as a deterrent as well.)
