Welcome to your Glamorous Port Charlotte villa — a stylish, freshly remodeled 3-bedroom Gulf-Coast retreat for families and groups who appreciate good design and easy Florida living, with restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The private screened saltwater pool — gentle on skin, hair and eyes — is heated to a comfortable 85°F as our complimentary welcome perk, ready whenever you are. Inside, 2,000 sq ft of open living-dining space with a 75" TV flows to a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 11 guests: a king master suite with a 65" TV and pool access, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, plus 2 sofa beds in the living room. Two full baths.

Port Charlotte puts Gulf beaches within easy reach — Port Charlotte Beach Park with its boardwalk and fishing pier is about 2 miles away, and every neighboring town has beaches of its own. Boating, fishing charters, kayak rentals and 16 golf courses are close by, with Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande island, Siesta Key and the dining and arts of the greater Sarasota area an easy drive.
Complimentary pool heating is included with every stay. No smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Please rinse dishes and load the dishwasher before checkout and leave the grill clean. We respond quickly and are here throughout your visit.
Port Charlotte is home to this vacation home. A. C. Freeman House and Punta Gorda History Park are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Port Charlotte Town Center and Sun Flea Market. Cultural Center of Charlotte County and Kidstar Park are also worth visiting.
