The 40 foot dock overlooking the canal give guests an opportunity to fish, kayak, boat, or just relax and take in the scenery and wildlife such as jelly fish, dolphins, manatees, sea birds and more.
This home has an open concept kitchen and living room with sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai bringing everyone together.
The large kitchen table and a breakfast bar provides enough area for you and all your guests. Furnished with coffee maker, pots, pans, slow cooker, and basic utensils.
There are 3 good size bedrooms all with queen size beds, bath linens, hair dryer, towels and bedding provided. Washer and Dryer in garage.
You can explore the near by beaches like Englewood Beach, Manasota Key and Ft. Meyers beach just a quick car ride away. There is shopping, restaurants and bars that are minutes away.
Pontoon rentals and kayak rentals minutes away. Port Charlotte beach has a community pool, a long fishing pier, beach, boat ramp, bocce balls, tennis courts, volley ball courts, bathrooms, pavilions and a playground.....all within walking distance!
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Edgewater, a neighborhood in Port Charlotte. The area's natural beauty can be seen at North Charlotte Regional Park and Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park, while Charlotte County Historical Center and A. C. Freeman House are cultural highlights. Cultural Center of Charlotte County and Kidstar Park are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
