The master suite bedroom features a queen size bed, sofa chair, walk-in closet, and master bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and has a close door nearby for access to the patio/pool area. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a shower-over-the-tub combination. Offering a well-appointed kitchen and dining area for those evenings that you want to stay in and cook or order takeout. The formal dining room is perfect for family meals, have a more casual lunch in the dining nook table for 2. The dining area includes a dresser bar for your pleasure. This home has a living room with a couch and a comfortable recliner chair. In the living room, you will find board games and books for the whole family. The family room includes a HD TV and WIFI for your entertainment. The lanai has furniture for those beautiful nights for you to watch the sunsets. The pool is only heated by the sun, but it is on the south side, so it stays very warm for your comfort. Pool toys are included, as are beach towels. Extra bed linens and towels are provided. Cleaning supplies are provided also.
