Newly remodel - Our home is in a small quiet neighborhood and completely ready for your vacation, extended stay, or work away from home. We are located on a canal with a dock with quick access to Charlotte Harbor, the Peace River, and the intracoastal waterway via boat. There are many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Watch the sunset from your dock or take a 5 minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water. We have a security camera on the outside car port to monitor the security of our home for unauthorized entry. It also has a automatic flood light for safety of our guests arrival at night.
Located in Port Charlotte, this vacation home is on the beach. A. C. Freeman House and Punta Gorda History Park are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Fishermen's Village and Port Charlotte Town Center. Cultural Center of Charlotte County and Kidstar Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
