This is truly paradise in the Northwoods. This lodge-style home is tucked quietly away on a 40 acre piece of property, but has easy access to many local attractions. Only 1 mile off of the highway, you can be to Lake Superior in 15 minutes, the Duluth/Superior area in 20 minutes, the beautiful North Shore in 45 minutes, or the Apostle Islands in an hour.
The house includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is an additional queen size air mattress available. This is a perfect house for 6-8 people gathering for a getaway. There are indoor and outdoor games available, a fire pit, front porch, back porch, and grills available for use. There are many opportunities to view wildlife on the property and take in the serene outdoors.
Poplar is home to this vacation home. Lake Superior and Amnicon Falls State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Head of the Lake Fairgrounds and 18th & Oakes Park. Lake Superior Maritime Museum and Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center are also worth visiting.
